Meditation on Unlocking Unhealthy Patterns

I believe that all of us, at one point or another, have experienced an unhealthy pattern that continues to show up in our lives (perhaps bringing with it some discomfort or pain or confusion). I have personally found that when I "unlock" or break the cycle or the pattern, I encounter a huge life lesson that I needed to learn in order to grow and develop. 

This 16-minute guided meditation focuses on opening ourselves up to the possibility that unhealthy patterns may exist in our life. 

The first step to discovering and unlocking any unhealthy pattern is to be open to the possibility that a pattern may exits, which holds the key to major life lessons. If we are not open to the possibility, we won't create the space necessary for self-discovery.
